Your files

Uploaded files are stored in a temporary directory only for the duration of processing and are deleted immediately after being dispatched to the OCR engine. Extracted text is retained for 24 hours so you can retrieve results, then permanently purged.

No training on your data

No user file or extracted text is ever used for model training — not by us, and not shared with third parties for that purpose.

What we log

We keep structured request logs for 30 days for security and reliability. We never log API keys, file contents, or extracted text.

Account data

We store your email address, a hashed password, credit balance, and transaction history. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; we never see your card details.
